Taking advantage of our team's internationalized structure and technical know-how, we secure sites for future projects in potential growth areas across Cambodia to optimize our stakeholders' investments. To date, we have land banked hundreds of hectares in four of Cambodia’s key provinces - Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, Kampot, and Sihanoukville.
Real Estate Development
We are one of Cambodia's most prominent real estate master developers. Our prestigious project in the Kingdom is one of the largest coastal mixed-use developments in the province of Sihanoukville that promises to excel in urban form and function. Our expansion in Siem Reap takes a new approach to residential concepts in Cambodia. Bakong Village is a 'people first' development, completely rethinking the suburban community in the Kingdom.
Venture Capital
Being a leading private equity firm in the Kingdom, we seek venture capital investment opportunities focusing on three core portfolios: telecommunications, media, and technology. As a result, we have invested in several Cambodian start-ups since 2017, including Groupin, a digital media and e-commerce company; Sabay, an e-gaming and data management company; DCG, a digital advertising company; and Tima, a P2P lending company.
